We’ve designed our products for long-term reliability — as in, a lifetime. If you ever feel your Protectify wallet or other Protectify product isn’t functioning properly, we’ll do everything possible to make it right.

RFID-Blocking Wallets:

Protectify warrants that all Wallets are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Elastic, Screws, Inner Plates, and/or Money Clip.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
